FS Commons brings together fiscal sponsors, sponsored projects, philanthropy, and other nonprofit practitioners and ecosystem partners to strengthen the fiscal sponsorship ecosystem through learning, collaboration, and shared resources.

Fiscal sponsors (both US and non-US based*) of all models, sizes, and life stages, from aspiring to established, including multi-entity sponsors wherein one of the entities is a (c)(3). In most instances, Projects interested in accessing the benefits of Membership should refer their Sponsor to us. If you’re unsure if your Sponsor is already a Member, check out our Member Directory. *Annual Membership dues are prorated to a July 1 annual cycle start and calculated to the nearest half-month based on the date of final execution on our Membership Agreement.
** For Fiscal Sponsors & PSOs, based on total operating expenses in the last completed fiscal year. For Philanthropies, based on total operating expenses in the last completed fiscal year, excluding grantmaking and assets under management.
