Messaging for the Fiscal Sponsorship Field - Evolving Work with Focal Point Strategy Group & Social Justice Intermediary Cohort

How we describe fiscal sponsorship to external (and some internal) audiences has been an ongoing challenge in our field. This is especially true today when our field is under attack and wrestling with how best to work and communicate our value in a divided country.

A group of fiscal sponsors, including Tides, New Venture Fund, Proteus Fund, Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, Borealis Philanthropy, Amalgamated Foundation, and Neo Philanthropy have been working together with communications consultancy Focal Point Strategies. Efforts to date have focused on broad messaging, in particular to philanthropic audiences.
